We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@openclaw.io
  2. Include your purchase email and order number (from your confirmation email)
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund

We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What Happens to Your Access

Upon receiving a refund, your access code will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to the workflow library or any associated materials.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Evidence of abuse, sharing, or redistribution of our products
  • Multiple refund requests from the same person

Upgrades

If you purchased the Starter pack and later upgrade to Pro, you'll only pay the difference. The 30-day guarantee applies to your original purchase date. If you request a refund on an upgrade, we'll refund the upgrade amount and downgrade your access to Starter.
